Hi! I’m Ed, handyman and business owner of GottaGuy Services, serving Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties since 2017.

 

I provide easy, no-hassle handyman home solutions for busy families, seniors and working professionals. My specialties include “Honey Do” Lists, Fence Repairs, Interior Painting , Furniture Assembly, Shelf Installation, Art & Picture Hanging, Sheetrock Repair, Door Lock Installation & Repair, Flatscreen TV Mounting, Curtain Hanging, Tub / Sink Caulking, Baseboard and Trim Installation plus much more!

 

I founded GottaGuy Services in 2017 after identifying a need for accessible residential services for the homeowner or renter in Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties which were hard to come by. Prior to GottaGuy Services, I used to restore furniture and build shelving from reclaimed materials, but felt limited and wanted to branch out into something bigger that the greater population needed.

 

As a homeowner myself, I’ve had to learn home repair skills after unsuccessfully finding services that were dependable and reliable. I have parlayed this into available services I offer primarily to the North Bay. I have been painting and repairing drywall for 20 years, first as a DIYer, and now as a professional handyman. This includes taping, texturing, cutting in for baseboards, ceilings and corners, especially for accent walls, resulting in clean and sharp results. I have also been assembling furniture for the same duration of 20 years, and have no fear of assembling any IKEA item.

 

GottaGuy Services has grown since 2017, earning the Thumbtack Top Pro badge for 2018 and 2019, with approximately 30 - 40 projects completed through them. I have since moved on and enjoy word-of-mouth from many repeat customers as well as a large online presence.

I am the sole operator or GottaGuy Services. This means I am your sole point of contact and handyman service provider for all your projects. My clients enjoy my responsiveness (text is best!), and my prioritizing their satisfaction. I want a partnership with you, as your go-to person with any questions, advice or problems.

I will return your messages and follow up with any problems. I have my own tools necessary for your project. I can complete it quickly and correctly

When I am in your home, I do my utmost to protect your household items from accidental damage. I cover anything that could be splattered or scratched, especially when painting or repairing drywall. 

 

My clients love the fact that I take for disposal all packaging for their flat pack furniture that was delivered to their home from Amazon or UPS, as well as any cleanup, so they are just left with enjoying their new furniture item.
